 Hello,

 I have added my credit card to my AlertPay account few days ago (not verified yet), and haven't found it yet into the "Add Funds" section of my account.

Will it appear as the add-funds option when it gets verified?

 Btw, i sincerely think that customers should not wait for more than 48 hours for any of the processes (account verification, cc verification, reply from the support...)

Hi,

Credit Card is used as a method of payment, and cannot be used to "Add Funds" to your account.  If you see on the send money page, you will notice it there.

 That means when paying via credit card, money never goes to your account balance, but straight to the account of person you are paying to? 

And can payments be processed with a non-verified credit card or only with a verified? 

Payments made by Credit Card go straight to the person receiving it.

Credit Cards that are non-verified have a lower monthly spending limit.
