    Lost Password & unable to reset .

    Lost Password & when request unable to reset & when copy & paste also do not work pls

     Hello Jane,

     I've sent you an email which provides you with a link to reset your password. Please copy and paste the full link. We are currently looking in to why the link you received in your Forgot Password emails was not a complete link.

     Dear Admin,

     

    After copy the link & reset my password it do not seems to be working it still say  

    Invalid email address or password.

     

    Kinldy please check what is the problem cause really need to access my account urgently.
