As I said before about "problem with huge transaction " ,I have recieved from my friend 230 $ via alertpay ,total balance and available balance is 259.91 $ .Today ,after i recieved it yesterday ,my account balance is 16.65 $ . I can not understand at all .I do not see any transaction so that's not because of hackers .This money is totally legal , because i recieved money from my honest friend .I can not do business without that amout of money and it makes my job unsmooth .If i can not get back my money soon ,my co-workers will not believe me any longer .

So please give me an explanation at your earliest convenience .

I find problem .250 $ was reversed in an old transaction .But I do not understand ,I bought 250 $ from exchanger by cash and he sent me 250$ .I think that's legal and do not violate the TOS .

Can you help me with this ?

Have not receive any annoucement from alertpay support ,and now i must borrow my neighbour's money to pay for my friend .I never want to get much trouble like that .I can not understand why i lost money .It seems that my 250$ will never come back again -my first time using alertpay .

I really need some helps .Waiting for every single day ,and i have not receive any annoucement from alertpay .I need my money in hurry .Please give me a hand .
